Southwest Breakfast Quiche

Flour tortillas are filled with corn, beans, zucchini and eggs, topped with cheddar cheese and then baked in the oven. On the side we have our homemade pico de galo. A delicious bite size flavor packed breakfast quiche.

Ingredients: Eggs, Flour Tortilla, Corn, Black Beans, Zucchini, Cheddar Cheese, Garlic, Tomato, Red Onion, Jalapeno, Cilantro, Lime Juice.
