Blueberry Muffins

We love a good blueberry muffin; add a little extra protein in it, and it’s a WIN! Fresh blueberry compote mixed with a simple baking mixture, and baked till golden brown. These simple treats equal a delicious, not terrible, snack for you. Serving size is TWO muffins but can be split into two separate snacks.

Ingredients: Flour, Fresh Blueberries, Pea Protein Powder, Sugar, Baking Soda, Coconut Oil, Salt, Almond Milk, Eggs.
